CBMC
![]() Welcome! This
website was
developed by the Lancaster area CBMC. The
focus of this network of men is to reach out to business and
professional men in Lancaster County and beyond, for the purpose of
evangelizing and
edifying them (E2). It is our common conviction that, as believers, we
are legitimate ambassadors for Christ and that our vocation in the
marketplace is our pulpit.

Next Outreach Meeting

Turkey Hill Dairy Quintin joined Turkey Hill Dairy and the family business full-time in 1980. In 1985 the company was sold to the Kroger Company. Leading up to his appointment as President of the company in 1991, Quintin served in roles of increasing responsibility, particularly in Administration, Sales, and Marketing. During his 16 years as President, the company has tripled in size and expanded its marketing area throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast states. Key to this growth was the recognition of the brand’s value and the benefits of branding. Quintin’s passion for out-of-the-box thinking and the creative process are skills that match well with new product development required for the consumer products business in which Turkey Hill is engaged. Quintin has also guided the company through the transition from small family company to a large operating business within a public company environment. Continuing family traditions in the $55 billion parent Kroger Company has been a challenge, but the dairy has maintained the unique Turkey Hill culture of modeling Christ’s care and concern for each person. This culture helped to build a strong team at Turkey Hill, and encouraged the company to reach out in support of the community and hundreds of non-profits. Quintin is a graduate of Millersville University with a B.A. in Economics and is currently enrolled in the Master of Ministry Leadership program at Lancaster Bible College. He is past President of the PA Milk Dealers Association, and is a current board member of the National Milk Industry Foundation. In 2004, Quintin received the Sales and Marketing Executive (SME) Lifetime Achievement Award. He has served in a variety of leadership and teaching positions in the local church. Quintin is a past board member of the Millersville Brethren in Christ Church, Lancaster Christian School, and Brethren in Christ Board for World Missions. Currently he serves on the board of Bright Side Opportunities Center in Lancaster city, the board of Camp Andrews (a summer camping program for urban youth), the board of Lancaster Chamber of Business, and attends the Hempfield Brethren in Christ church where he serves on the Prayer Commission. Quintin and his wife, Cheryl, reside in Manor Township, Lancaster County, and have four adult children.
